Mission Statement

The BMS Team is dedicated to the idea that every client is a long term relationship. Our mission is to provide an environment that is clean, safe, and an enhancement to the work day. No problem is too small, no job too big, and no client is taken for granted.

The Company

BMS was founded as a full service building maintenance company in 1986, with the idea that the tenants in any building should be the focus of all building services.

Through integrating Janitorial, Security, HVAC, and Metal/Marble services under one umbrella, BMS provided the first “turnkey” operation for landlords and tenants.
