On April 1, 2011 BMS/GMSC was awarded the janitorial and security contracts for 1 Park Avenue, a 900,000 square foot office tower in Midtown Manhattan.
BMS/MBSC was awarded the janitorial, metal and marble maintenance contracts on July 1, 2011 for 280 Park Avenue. The 1.2 million square foot office tower is a Vornado/SL Green joint venture managed by CBRE.
Guard Management Service (GMSC) has been awarded the security contract at Green Acres Mall in Long Island and King’s Plaza Mall in Brooklyn, NY. The assignment beginning on September 1, 2011 exceeds $2 million annually and requires almost 50 Security Personnel.

The selected businesses at this address include: Fox News, Fox Broadcasting, Abbott Capital Management, Morgan Stanley & Co., to name a few.
Building Maintenance Service (BMS) was recently awarded a $8Million, 3 year contract for the janitorial and mechanical services for Nassau Community College (NCC) in Garden City, NY. NCC is the largest single campus community college in the State of New York with 225 acres, 47 buildings, over 2.5 million square feet.
Building Maintenance Service (BMS) was recently awarded maintenance services for the new AOL headquarters at 770 Broadway. AOL’s new space was designed by Mancini Duffy, and is currently seeking LEED certification, under the Commercial Interiors system. AOL’s lease is for 225,000 square feet over three floors at the 15-story tower until 2022. AOL’s commitments to sustainability lead them to choose the BMS/Green Clean program to service their new space.
The Ethical Cultural Society and the Fieldston School, a client of BMS’s in Riversdale and Manhattan was recently given a donation of $20,000 to the facilities financial aid department. Mark Stanek welcomed the contribution. Michael Doherty, BMS President said “We are committed to the health and future of Ethical Cultural Fieldston, and we understand there’s greater need this year.”

This trophy building is the headquarters for Arent Fox and numerous other top tier law firms. The building is a joint venture between the Lerner Companies and the Tower Companies.
